I need to know if the flex plate on a 1992 gmc typhoon is 168 tooth.external or internal balance?

Internal balanced. Should be the same as a 350 small block chevy.

Michael,
I mis spoke with my last post about the flexplate. They are not the same as a 350 Chevy. The one on the 4.3 has a counter weight and is external balanced as I found out when gathering parts to balance a new motor for a syclone. Sorry for the mis direction.
