I know you guys probably all know this one, and I am sorry for asking but I could not find a good straight foward answer to this. My 84 T Type is bone stock. What it the factory or should I say from the factory amount of boost for this car? Is it like 6psi? I am just wondering? And what would you say is safe for the street? My Ranger would blow head gaskets at around 8 psi now intercooled I can do around 15psi and drive all day long 23psi at the track then it just goes down from there. Damn timing belt!!!

No ****!!

I was always told anything over 7psi will blow it with an intercooler!!! 14psi stock wow:eek:

HOTRAWD- Since your car is bone stock the boost gauge and tach in your dash are useless idiot lights. They are way wrong. I run real gauges. Good luck. Brad

the lights in my dash pretty much match what my Auto Meter mechanical boost gauge says, right up until all the lights are lit up and the boost is still going up..
