I searched the archives with no real solution.....

Car idles fine, but when you give it throttle it does nothing for a second, like it is going to die, and then moves off. IAC are at 20 in neutral warmed up. What else should I check?

Verify that your tps is .44 or less. Check all vacuum lines and the vacuum block for any type of leak. Verify there is no leak at the base of the intake. I did all of the above on mine and my hesitation did not clear up until I went to my LT1 MAF

do you have any MAF screens out? try putting them back in if you do. i know that thrashers dont like screen less MAFs. just a thought, i saw in your sig you have RA chips. are they set up for running 1 or both screens?

I second that.

I had the same problem, R.A. 55# 93 chip, set up for no screens, car coughed badly off idle! (original 87 MAF no screens) Thought it had a lean bog, had Red give me more "acc pump", no good. Have a spare tomco MAF with one sreen, put it on, like night & day. smooth as can be. (now to get rid of the "acc pump")

Some have experienced problems with a stumble/hesitation with the 009s, but usually epends on the chip programming. I don't have any experience with them, but have heard this several times.

Does your MAF have screen(s) in it? Does it pass the "tap test?" My original MAF in my WE4 exhibited no probs but when it finally went out (with a "bang!") and I replaced it, it felt like a new car!
