Anyone??
What is better, faster, safer???
Hi Boost/Lo Timing or Lo Boost/Hi Timing??
I have heard that Lo Boost/Hi Timing works for a stock turbo because the stock turb is so inefficent at higher boost levels.
But I run a TA49 - it pulls harder [than the stock turbo] when I get above 20#.
I am running 25# boost with 23 degree chip on alky- mid low 12's so far still tuning.
I will try 23# and then advance timing to 27 degrees. I could also add more FP if it helps (I have the Translator Plus).
I run 93-Oct and the Alky. Could add race fuel but I want a combo that I can run all day on the street.
