Hi knock while squealing tires?

I got 20* of knock while my tires were squealing and then on the highway I get around 2* wot 80+ mph. It only happens when the tires really break loose. I'm only running 15# of boost @43#'s of fuel pressure. Is this normal to do that?

Yea, but I thought what really matters is the top end knock counts. believe me I lifted my foot off when I saw that, it just happend so fast. If I slowly floor it without breaking the tires, I hardly get knock. I was thinking it was false knock when the tires break loose.

I just got a scanmaster so here are a few that I know of
at idle
tps .46
iac:20
blm: 128 and sometimes higher
o2: 770-820 @wot
af: 6

The last change I made is from a 206 hydraulic to a 206 roller cam I was thinking the knock was coming from the extra lifter noise I get from this roller. And since this change the car doesn't idle well after it warms up and sometimes it stalls when you put it in gear.
Other than that it pulls pretty hard and smooth.

You are probably getting high knock #'s because your knock sensor is picking up your tire shake.
