is there a way to tell the difference using a VOM or similiar tool??? Without using the part # as a ref

Port, Peak and Holds, ie low impedance are about 2.4 ohms.
Saturated, high impedance are 12-18 ohms.

and our ECM s are set to runb high imp inj stock, need new drivers to run low imp inj correct???
