This kind of thing happens sometimes when the lessor in the marriage gets nothing out of it when the divorce starts. My exgirlfriend pulled this kind of crap with her exhusband. One of the many reasons we're no longer together.:biggrin:

Billy's my nephew and we talk quite often so I waited until he called yesterday afternoon and asked him about this. He had no idea what was going on. It occured to me she had been on in his place before and that's when we figured out what she was trying to do. This is partly due to the fact that she wants money and their daughter is the one that will suffer. You haven't seen the BS she's been trying to pull and Billy and he's kept his cool

All of this is being documented including police reports so when it goes to court she will have no choice about having custudy or getting one red dime.
