I'll explain best I can. I had a new throttle cable bracket made but the upper TV cable square is about 1/8" top far back. When the cable is inserted in the square and connected it causes the cable to pull too tight and the idle screw not be connected. How can I modify this...is it a turnbuckle of some sort? See pocture
