High O2 millivolts

My car has a code 45. Can't figure out what is wrong w/ it. Checked timing and is o'kay. I have the translator and a LT1 maf. My fuel pressure is at 35psi (line off). It has 009 injectors(42.5). Can't figure it out. Can anyone give any suggestions?

I would say O2 right off but look at number 7 since you have the translator. I have never messed with one but I believe you have to mess with it to get it tuned for the car as you can vary how much air it is telling the ECM is passing into the motor. The default should be 4-7 gps.

What do you mean by looking at # 7?

Item 7 under "Typical causes for this code include:"

1) O2 sensor defective or contaminated (if incorrect RTV sealant or too much RTV is used, this may happen)
2) Leaking fuel injectors
3) Fuel pressure too high
4) EMI interference from poor plug wires
5) Evaporative Emission system defect
6) TPS and/or EGR problem
7) MAF sensor reading higher airflow than is actually present


I say this because of your translator and its ability to "lie" to the ECM about airflow.
