Higher Shift's is there a easy way to achieve this

I am looking to raise my shifts by about 500. tv cable is adjusted properly. anyone have step by step, way of doing this????? thank you...

For both part throttle and wot, trim weight(lighten) govenor,
For wide open throttle only, install 0.050"-0.060 shim or washer behind TV Limit spring.
