Hole in water pump???

I was looking under the car and I noticed a small hole in the water pump....Should I replace?? is that regular or should I not drive the car? on a completely different question, is there anyway you can tell if the turbo is going bad? I just installed a PT54 and I want to know of any early signs of turbo problems. thanks

Is it leaking?
There is a small hole drilled on the bottom. It will leak out that hole when the water pump wears out. It's designed to leak there before failure, I think.

hmm, I will check because I just saw it.

That's a weep hole. Designed to leak only when pump failure is forth coming.
