My horn wants to blow when I turn the wheel. So i've had it unpluged for a while. I want to get it working agian.

When I take the cap off and put the plug into the column and put the cap back on it works fine. But when I go to drive the car and make a turn the horn starts to go off. WTF.....

Someone please help

Thanks in advance

I know, that is very frustrating! Driving around with your horn blaring is embarrassing! This happened to me shortly after I bought my GN. I was driving and all of a sudden the horn goes off and just keeps on going........ I couldn't get it to stop. I had to pull the fuse. Good thing I had some tools with me.

You just have to fiddle with the contact under the horn cap a bit. It's too hard to describe with words. It took me a few times to get mine to work right. A little patience helps too. ;)

Good luck!

dboosted1,
What is the steering column cam? Is that something I can replace myself and how hard is it to replace? Or do I need a steering colunm expert.

Thanks
