hot air tribute car build

i have a friend that is on turbo buick a newbie (jrtype) he has a 86 regal gold tan interior hardtop n/a v6 car. He has the turbo fever he wants to turn his regal into a tribute car. He doesnt want to cross breed the car so i talked him into hot air. He needs parts to convert and i dont know if this is the right spot i just didnt want to get bashed by the cold air guys. He is in the chicago area.
