Hotair down and up pipe

I tried selling these awhile ago with no luck so here they go again. 2 1/2" downpipe and 2" uppipe. Both in good shape the uppipe was wrapped with thermo tec to prevent it from burning my hoodliner. 150 + shipping I will take paypal or money order. PM with questions.

Put me first in line. Is the downpipe made to bolt directly in place of the factory one to the exhaust housing, or does something have to be changed? How much for shipping to 80829?
