Hotwire and fuel pump

Does anyone sell the hotwire and Walbro 255 as a kit for one money? I'm just trying to save a buck. Thanks in advance.

that's what I have. I am very happy with it.

I have one of the hotwire kits, no problems. Burned through one Walbro quickly and bought another that is holding up. You need to research and decide if you want to try the Walbro's or one of the alternatives. Lots of info on here if you search the subject.

When I was ordering my new fuel pump and hotwire kit from racetronix,the sales rep. or customer support guy called me and suggested a new sending unit. I initially thought he's trying to sell me parts I didn't need..... he described what my sending unit would look like after 26 years (RUSTY)... I went with his advice and was glad I did!!! Also check your steel fuel lines near tank... easier to replace while tank is down. I found small hairline cracks in mine after moving them around to disconnect from rubber couplings .. Racetronix was right on target with their advice.. great product and my sending unit is right on the money. Add 5 gallons and the gauge matches...

This is why we recommend new sending units. People install Walbro pumps in their 25 year-old senders and tanks all the time and then point fingers at Walbro pumps.

Just installed one of the racetronix kits a few weeks ago and it was total quality. Great stuff!!!!!
