Houston Buick Club Picnic @ Bear Creek Park

The Houston Buick Club Picnic will be at Bear Creek Park, Saturday, April 21st. from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. Just turn in from Clay Road on to Bear Creek Drive. Look for the HBC Banner at one of the campsites. All of the pavilions have been booked since December. Bring the wife (or girlfriend), and the kids. This is an event for the entire family. HBC will furnish hotdogs & hamburgers. Everyone is asked to bring drinks, side dishes, or dessert. We will have door prizes & a 50/50 jar. Circle April 21 on your calender & come on out.

I would like to go but have plane tickets for New Orleans that weekend. Call me next week about the test and tune for this month that I saw you had posted. I will see if I can reserve the suite.

Had a great day for a picnic, good turn out also, a variety of Buicks showed up from Bill`s '47 Super, Justin`s '65 Riviera, Steve`s '66 GS, several Turbo Regals, 1 Turbo Trans Am, a '90 Riviera & Tom`s '70 GS. Jason Toups showed up in his GN!!!!!!!!! . I signed up 4 new members. Darrell Lewis, '87 GN and a '85 Riviera w/turbo V-6. Vincent Guerrero brought his '85 T Type Regal. Dale Crockett brought his '89 Turbo Trans Am (look out Frank Weeks, competition), he also owns a '86 T Type Regal & a '96 Riviera. Thanks to all that came out today, Dan will post pics on website later this week. I`ll see some of you next Sunday at HRP for Test-N-Tune.
