on some of the new boards they have a box at the bottom where you can type and send a reply without having to load a second page like you do here...... il email you a screen shot later on tonight of what i mean if you do not understand

Quick reply is on the top right corner of the very first post in every thread.

No, there would be a box at the bottom of the page that you could type your reply in w/o having to load another page. It would help out the ones with dial-up. Like me.
