How big of a hole do I need before it gets too small to keep up with the sureflow? I have a volvo washer tank and the opening is pretty small . The reason I want to stick with this is because its almost a gallon. :P

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I use a bulkhead that has a 1/4 npt inside thread. So far no issues.

I do know that a restriction to the input of the pump will create a pressure drop on its output.

Thats if trying to develope lots of flow out of the system at higher pressures.

sounds good

I thought maybe that 1/4 to 3/8 would be better I, think this one is 1/8.

What fittilng?

I know some of you guys have drilled holes in they tanks. Is there a fitting that wold seal and hold up to the alky? I am going to have to drill the tank though. So any ideas?

Thanks

Ya missed the answer,

There is no off the shelf fitting at a hardware store that will do this. Unless i'm wrong.. i've looked into this and spent a considerable amount of time.
