Can someone help me out? I'm trying to add a pic to my signature and it
doesn't work. I think the file size is too large but I don't know how to downsize it and make it work.
The easiest way I have found out was to open up a free account at Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket Once you have opened your account there, there are many re-sizing options to posting pics to message boards, e-mails, avatars. Once you decide which option you want, it automatically re-sizes them for you. You just link the pic to photobucket site.
or
Some say you could re-size unsing Windows but I am clueless how to do that.

Try using Windows Paint. Find your image (desk top or other location) Right click on the icon. Select open with, select Paint. Once paint opens select the image pull down then select Stretch/Skew. You can reduce the size of the photo by a percentage vertical and horizontal. Try 10%-20% at a time, depending on how far you are off from the maximum value allowed by the turbobuick website. then save the photo.
Once saved go back to the image icon right click, go to properties note the size...if it is lower than the limit used on turbobuick you are ok for upload if not go back to paint and reduce the size again.
I know there may be better ways to do this but this is what I do and it works well every time.
or you can right click on the pic , and click send to mail recipient
and then it will ask you if you want to resize your pic and it i will do it for you, and then just email it to your self
