I got the adjuster on the wastegate all the way in, have to pull on it to hook it up. and im only getting 10.4 lbs boost.. I put a vacuum tester on the diaphram and the left bleeds off but the right one holds vacuum. if i reverse the hoses it puts out to much boost, sounds like a diesel. anybody got any ideas?

Yep!!! Don't reverse the hoses!!! :p

<grunt in Tarzan-like voice> "Sound like diesel...bad!!!"
<grunt in Tarzan-like voice> "Sound like Vin Diesel...you should be shot!!!"

Check and make sure the y-connector tee that is inline between the turbo, wastegate actuator and w.g. solenoid is installed properly...The y-connector isn't just a run of the mill vacuum hose tee...One leg has a metering orifice(can I say that here??? :p ) to meter the air...It needs to be installed right or you will be boost limited...

Hope this helps...

Make sure you back the wastegate rod back to stock levels or now you will overboost BIGTIME!!!!
