How do I know if my intake manifold is stock or aftermarket?

I'm really not sure what intake is on my car, as it had some mods when I bought it. Any easy way to tell from the outside?

The stock intake is the same as the GN. But the stock dog house is the same as GN but the numbers are in a different place, on top toward front of car.
Maybe you need to check as see what numbers are on the intake, and verify that way or post a pic.
