How do I remove the front bumper?

Hello everyone

I would like to take my front bumper off and have it repainted, how to I go about removing the bumper and are there tricks to this? thanks all

let the body shop do it take off the front spoilers.. unplug lights .. then 4 bolts on each side ... don't drop it :redface:

An Easier Way Is To Unhook Lights And Take The 4 Bolts OfF Each Impact Shafts One On Top And Three In Front That Way It Is Stable When The Bolts Are Out Then Just Grab The Bumper And Pull Forward And Wella Its Out. That Way The Adjustment Is Not Disturbed

Have a friend help. That mofo is HEAVY... Oh, and be careful not to tear up your fillers when you R & R it...

use a jack under it if possible

place a floor jack under it to keep it from falling as well , while it's off might be a good time to change to some aluminum mounts and reinforcements to get rid or some weight...
