My scanmaster was giving me a "Mal" code of "45." I replaced my MAF sensor, and the problems the car was experiencing went away; however, the code is still there. How do I get rid of the code? Also, what do I have to press to check and see if there are other "Mal" codes? Thanks!

Disconnect the ECM wire by the battery to clear the code from the ECM. The Scanmaster is just showing what the ECM is reporting.

you dont need to push any buttons to see if there are other codes, once in MAL mode the scanmaster will display all codes one after the other ,if there are more than one .

if you have a fast update code in your chip the MAL function of the scanmaster no longer works and may display random codes that dont really exist even if you reset the ecm they dont go away
if you have the fast update chip and think you should have codes stored (if you saw the SES light come on) youll need to either use the aldl port pins A+B and the SES light method or something like directscan to retreive the codes .

If he had a fast update chip, the Scanmaster would have automatically sensed it and not shown the MAL parameters.

To clear codes on a GN you have to 'reset' the ECM by removing its battery power. There is an orange wire near the car's battery. With the ignition off, unplug this wire for a few seconds, then reconnect. That will clear the codes.
