How does a 108 block compare to a 109

There is an 801 but not a 108. I believe the 801 is a fwd 3.8.


Either that or its a 109 with 5 cylinders.
 
I thought the FWD casting was #110? Anyway check the bellhousing as it sounds like a FWD application. If the crank is still in it than it should have a really,really tiny flywheel flange and a shorter than usual crank snout if it is FWD.
