How good is this regulator?

I'd post this over in tech....but I really don't know what I'm looking at other than it is "similar" to stock...i think...so I wanted to "show" you.

Anyway, it was on the car when I purchased it and I'm wondering if I should invest in a rebuildable of some sort....or is this fine?
