How hard would it be??

The motor in my 81 really isn't that good. I was thinking about replacing it with a small block 350. How hard would it be to do this engine swap? I was hoping someone here already did it and could give me some pointers. Would I need to move the motor mounts or anything? Would I be able to use the stock tranny? I would eventually replace but my budget is limited. Any help is appreciated!!

I presume you mean a 350 Buick engine. Check www.v8buick.com there is a section just on regal v8-conversions.
