How long can you keep meth in the car?

If I fill up my meth tank, how long can I keep that meth in the tank before things start to rot? Two weeks? Two months?

It'll absorb a little water, but it should last a few months at least. I've had it sit for 6 months in the tank and 12 months in the gas can. It should be drained if not in use as the pump will suffer from just sitting in it.

I've never seen any degradation. My alky tank is always full and I probably only go thru a full tank a year. Ya like only about one to two liters a year. Geez that sounds lame putting it in writing for the first time. I must fear boost or don't drive the GN enough LOL

I use a mix of window wash and meth hydrate and can go through a couple of jugs in a week. Yeah it takes a beating

Julio says use straight meth. Mixing odd chemicals together is a crapshoot at best.

nope ...just takes more experimenting with the tune ...meth hydrate is the same as methanol. a window wash (minus temp rated) mix can easily equal 100 octane or more amount of fending of detonation. who's Julio? ...jk.

You can use water, methanol, water/methanol, etc... but if Eric burnt the chip for straight meth and you cut it with water.. your doing something he wasn't thinking you where going to do. And those actions can have consequences

I've seen .3 difference on the wb going from -20 washer fluid and straight methanol.

I asked Julio the same thing. He said if it's clear it's good. My car sat for 2 years between motor builds, alky was still clear ran through with no problems.
