How many different high boost actuators are out there?

I ported the wastgate hole as big as possible with the Terry houston and I am being told this is the problem with boost creep. Ths boost hits a certain point then slows down and rises with rpm like a super charger. Doesn't matter what gear, it makes peak boost at redline.

I tried the heavy duty one from Limit, doesn't help. I heard there might be an beefy unit out there.

I either need a heavier duty spring, external gate, or weld up the hole in the exhaust housing.

Any help would be great.
