I'm ordering an AEM wideband gauge today and since I'm going to use an A pillar pod to simplify everything I thought I might get a fuel pressure gauge too.

I'm installing a powerlogger but I will not have the laptop with me once I tune the car.

I think it would be a good investment but they're $200.

Just curious who's using them.

you can buy the transducer and log it through the powerlogger for a less expensive option.

Sweet, I'll do that because I really didn't want a two gauge pod. I do however want to have the wideband where I can keep my eye on it.

I have one, dont use it all that much-my eyes are usually glued to the scanmaster and boost gauge. It is helpful when your fuel pump takes a crap or your fuel gauge lies and youre running out of gas though... ask me how I know! Nice to tell at a glance if it starts running rough. I havent had a chance to hook it up to powerlogger yet, would be more useful there for sure

I'm running one.on these cars it has been very valuable.seeing what the fp is doing in real time can help in a lot of of different situations.

I log it on the powerlogger. Much easier to use the data when it's recorded.

I don't have one in the GN yet, but have an Autometer ultra lite in the Turbocoupe. It's nice being able to see that the fuel pressure is rising with boost. Also, is much cleaner(IMO) than running a hood mounted gauge. The price was hard to stomach at first, but it's well worth it.

I hate hood mounts. I use the Powerlogger. Never have to take your eyes off the road. Easy hook up and you have a log to review as much as you want.

I'm looking at the AEM FP Gauge as well. You can hook the 5 volt wire in the harness to the powerlogger so you can record it AND have a gauge as well. Just some food for thought.

I was going to do that but I hate gauge pods. No offense to the guy's that have them. I was going to try and mount the A/F gauge in my AVC GNX dash but decided not to mess with that so I'm going to run a single gauge pod for the A/F and keep it as low as possible on the A pillar. Then I'm going to move my scanmaster up on the dash to the right of the A pillar gauge. I'm also relocating my Alky knobs to the rear defrost location with a new dash plate. I like a clean looking interior.

I did the GNX "style" dash then add a Lee Thompson 3 gauge mount next to the dash. Scanmaster mounted to the top of the 3 gauge with a mount I made.

I went with the Fuel Pressure gauge mounted in the car & have a transducer hooked up to my PL so I can log Fuel Pressures.
The gauge is handy for a quick glance / FP reference when the laptop is not in the car.
