That either like a TR enough to go along with you to a show or meet. Or how many women do you know that like them enough to own one.

I was talking to a co-worker about my going to a local Buick thing tonight and they said "perfect place to pick up chics" which I responded with "I doubt it" but started to think about how many women actually like the car enough to go to a meet or a show. I know of some that like mine, and others that like Monte Carlo SS's but I dont know of any woman that owns one.

my wife likes GN's, she was upset when i sold my 1st one.

shes looking forward to going to bowling green this year. it will be our 2nd time going together.

1st time we met i was getting ready to go to a car show with it.

My girlfriends likes them so much that she wants one of her own. But it took so long to get the one we have I doubt I can ever afford another one unless it was real cheap.;)

Get her a nice Ttype. :)

My g/f hates them. She thinks that they look "ghetto". But the funny thing is that her mom loves them so much she told me to go to her house to show her it the first day I got it.

every girl that has been in mine said "eh, its okay" until I punched it and then they were grabbing anything that was sturdy and told me to stop before I killed them!

Wife just wanted to make sure hers was faster and much better condition than mine...she got her wish. Now I get the "used" parts from her upgrades. She loves the "mean ass" look of a GN and the ability to smoke alot of different types of cars.

My ex didnt like it when I sold my LT4 SS Camaro and came home in a GN. Once I gave her a ride in it though she started liking it more. She drove it once, hit a bird, spilled orange soda on the front seat, and got freaked out by the attention it brought her. Once I got it back from her she never drove it again.

Now that I am newly single I havent been on any dates yet. It will be funny to see the expression a girl has on her face when I pick her up for a date in the GN.

I don't even have mine yet. It's still being brought from NC to CA, but after telling a few people everyone is always bowing down to me it seems and can't wait until it's here.

My wife is completely anti-GN until I say “take it for a drive”. Then… a smile comes over her face and off she goes.

Got to love her.

Well, my wife is my biggest supporter, we have been together over 20 years and I am only 36, we kind of grew up together. She even came to BG few times with me. She used to have a show quality GN, we had to sell that to buy our first home. She knows that cars are my passion especially Turbo Buicks that is why I have all these cars including about 17 Turbo Buicks under my roof. I fix and sell them as a hobby to support my other toyz but now days I buy more of them than I sell.:D :D :D

I'm the same as wickedv6. My wife and I have been together 20 years and married 13. She got the bug for GN's back when I was driving my 78 Turbo Sport Coupe Regal. She cried right along with me when our show quality 86 GN was totaled (I think it was more that I was in a bad car wreck 5 days before our daughter was born ;) ). She has supported all the turbo car buys we've made and now she has the bug for me to find another low mileage 86 GN:D . She also LOVES going to Nats, now if that attitude will just rub off on our daughter:p .

My fiancee really likes the Buick. When we first me, she didn't think she'd like the fact that I was a 'car guy' because the way her ex was with his car (ricer).

But when she saw how I had a different attitude about the car and would include her in things I did with the car she appreciated it a lot more. She made her first nats event last summer at the BPG nats. She won't be at BG this year, but will be at BPG again.

She also had a bad look on guys with Corvettes, but I'm convincing her that she'd look PERFECT driving one. <evil grin>

My wife is always muttering 'I hate that car...' just because of how much money is constantly going into it......*but*, she has admitted after a glass of wine once or twice that, 'those cars are bad-a$$!'. She's also looking forward to going to the WC Nats this year and wants a grey T-Type. I remember she was visiting Chicago a while back (originally from there) and she called me in the middle of the night because an old friend of hers had her boyfriend along and the wife called me all excited to brag about how jealous this guy was of 'our car'. Funny, it's always 'our car' during fair weather.....but when it needs parts, it's referred to as 'YOUR piece of $h!t'.

my wife was probley the biggest hater of my T till i put her in the drivers seat on the track 1 time! 12.99 at 107 with 20lb of boost, then she told me to get my own car:eek: . if any of you guys have woman that hate the car but love to race put them in the car 1 time this has worked for me on many accousion. we go road race corvettes and there is usually nothing around to to (open fields of concrete) no shade i put her in the vette it was all over grins from ear to ear.

My wife loves our GN that we've had for over 10 years now. When we were pregnant with our son 5 years ago I told her that I'd be willing to sell the GN and get something more responsible. Her reply was, "To hell with that, we're getting rid of my Honda coupe!", so we did (the replacement car was a s/c '99 Regal GS that she let me work on.) She's also not afraid to drive the GN at the track: her quickest ET is an 11.57, fastest MPH is 123.5, and her best light to date is a .504. ;)

My GF thinks the GN is okay, nothing special, but likes it because I like.

I don't even think she wants to drive it.
