How much oil pressure do you have?

My car has 60 psi cold at idle ,but only 8 to 10 psi hot at idle and 30 psi at 2000 rpm hot. Is this low or about average. I use 10w30 Mobil 1 . Does anyone use any thing thicker to boost oil pressure? Thanks

There was a thread here about three days ago that got a bunch of replies so you may want to look at it. It varies but if you aren't knocking keep rocking! This is of course if no metal is in your filter or oil!

That's fine, these cars don't have **** worth of oil pressure. As long as the pressure goes up when you hit it, you're all good.

I like to see 10-20 psi hot idle in gear and least 55-65 psi cruise/WOT. Thats with 10w-30 oil.
