How much slack and how to measure on a roller cam chain

Building my new engine and just like to double check how much slack and how to best measure this on my new roller cam chain setup (this is the Xtreem Duty Timing set from fullthrottlespeed.com).

I'm running a full roller setup and block been aligned honed so need to make sure I don't have too much slack using a standard size timing set.

Any help much appreciated.
