Odd-Fire Cam Nose Assembly and Rollmaster Double Roller w/IWIS Chain

Found these odd fire cam nose parts hidden in my garage and hoping someone can make use of them. They were on the car when I bought it so I don’t have much info on them or receipts but they are low mileage parts (conservative guesstimate is no more than 6,000 miles). The timing set is a STD Rollmaster double roller with the desirable IWIS chain. $135 for everything you see in the photo plus shipping in the lower 48.
