HOW MUCH TORQUE ON KI CONNECTING RODS

Hi ,I just took apart my 109 stroker and am wondering since the arp bolts are already streatched in the K1 connecting rods what torque can i use on the nuts with a standard torque wrench also i have studs in the block for the main ...THANKS

arp lube- torque 30 lb/ft - then torque additional 60 degrees (1/6th turn)

not that it matters but i usually end up seeing about 55-60lb/ft on the digital
