how to adjust tps on 85 Grand national

Can anyone tell me the proper steps on adjusting the tps voltage on a 85 gn? I got a code 22 which is low tps voltage. Want to see if I can adjust it and clear this. I was told the voltage is .5 is that correct? I know there are probabvly steps to adjusting it so if anyone can help I would appreciate it.
