How to attach used emblems

Whats the best way to go about attaching a used set of GN emblems to the fender, trunk, and hood?

there is a 2 sided foam sticky tape on them so i would go to a autobody supply store and see what they have

Is there a templet for placement or do guys just eyeball it ?

I'm sure you know, but make sure you really clean the area well. Also heat up the area a bit with a hair dryer before applying the emblems.

That's exactly correct, 3M attachment tape, but just a word to the wise ... definitely don't use the foam back double sided tape as suggested earlier, unless you want to lose whatever you're attaching.

I've had good service from 3M Plastic and Emblem adhesive. It's a glue rather than tape.

I used an exacto knife and trim off the excess. I have even used it on the hood emblems.
