This is actually reguarding my '70 El Camino but those websites are dead and take a week to get a single answer. So, forgive my by bringing this question here.

The car has a water leak from a few pin hole sized holes around the back window/bed area. What can I use to fix this up with? Thanks guys for the help.

Edit - Also, the car is missing the drain plugs for the floor pans, how hard are those to find/replace?

thanks again

Sounds like rust repair time, under rear window rust is a common problem. Maybe clear silicone as a temporary fix. Don't know about drain hole plugs. Try G-Body.org, then click on communities up top, then ElCaminioCentral, then Forums. HTH.

el camino central is the one that I was refering to that is pretty slow. Its not around the window, its just right where the bed meets the back of the cab, actually looks like someone drilled something in there at some point in this cars 36 years of existance. just looking for some sort of solution. I think there is this stuff that kind of looks like caulking that hardens after a period that stops leaks, but I don't know where to find it.

Spray-in bedliner. I had a '80 Elco and it rusted badly in the front of the bed. I neutralized all the rust with Ospho then used a DIY spray-in bedliner kit. It was 10 years ago so I don't remember the product name but 4WD guys seem to like Herculiner now. JC Whitney sells it for <$100.
