how to get option code sticker off?

I recently had my car painted and the original trunk lid was removed because it had some rust. I still have it but I am not sure what to do with the sticker? do I take it off? do I just keep the trunk lid? do I place it on the new trunk lid? Any help in what to do in this situation would help.

Try taking a photo of it, in Macro setting for detail,then you could print out new one,or have one made

Take a heat gun and be patient it will come off.

The old trunk lid can be heated w/ the heat gun, from the outside. That will keep the heat from being blown directly on the label.
