How to identify valve bodies?

Not sure if I have the original valve body on my 87 GN. on the driver side of the valve body near the rear it has pink pain but can't make out any letters. Just looks like a 1" x 3" area was painted pink. then on the same side there appears to be some letter in white paint but they have rubbed off. Did the pink pain indicate anything?

If you look at the back of the valve body real close you will see that the aluminum tv sleeves are stamped with a letter or a number on the ends and if you post those numbers I can tell you if it’s a gn or other valve body.
