how to plug smc alkykit

Can someone explain me how to plug the 4 wires that starts from the little control box ? I got 6 places to plug the wire on the box, but there's only 4 wires starting from the pump. Which wire goes where ? i want to plug that on a mazdaspeed protege

Haven't looked at mine in a while, you have the 4 wires from the bottle to the control unit, then a positive and negative wire that needs to be wired in to power the unit.

ok, but can you tell me if i have to run the black and red wire directly to the ground and positive and the white and green wire to the box ? So if i'm right , can you tell me where they're going on the box 'cause there's 6 pins for 2 wires...

Hmmmmm - i have a smc kit. 1 vac. hose, hooks in to line for boost. Red and Black wires exit control box by hose - pos(hooked to ign in fuse block - blk on a chassis grnd under dash) At bottom of control box I have red,blk,blue,white wires that run out to bottle. Dont have a green wire. That all i can say about it. Can look and see what wires go to what in bottle.

I'll try to get a diagram for ya tomorrow. but - however - I have two sets of red and blk wires. One set of them exit the control box by the vac. hose. those hook to pos. and body grnd. The others go from the 4 screws on the bottom of the control box out to the bottle. I will check out which and what go to what tomorrow. I'm pretty sure those red and blk wires run the pump, so you might not wanna hook those up to the pos and grnd.

Hey - sorry it has takin so long to post back up on this. Got a "root kit virus" on here - computer was really wiggin out.

I checked to see what wire went where - on my smc kit anyway - red and blk go from control box to pump, white went to sensor in jug(lets you know when low on alky) and blue was on adj. outside of bottle(for metering alky to nozzles). As for order of hooking them to control box - this is with the front of box facing to the right, heads of the screws facing upwards -


black / red / blue / white


Red/black by the vac. hose they hook up to chassis grnd and red to fuse block.

Thats how mine hooks up - hope it works for you as well.
