How to reduce A/C on RPM.

Anyone have an address location and definition for the iac steps taken when the A/C comes on? I'd like to reduce the rpm the car is at when the A/C is on. IAC is set correctly but when A/C is on idle rpm is around 1000 and whould like to reduce for better driveability.
I see iac a/c related values at $651 and $694-$696 but not sure how to manage them.

It appears $3694 is the value you want to change. If I read it right the cal says "When you turn on the AC, raise IAC counts by 44.

Try lowering that value. Keep in mind that AC performance will suffer with too low an engine RPM.
