I just got my TE-44 in the car with my THDP and alky. One trip to the track on the first test and tune, with Red's 107 chip, and it was a slow death for the 200r4 on the way home. Although, it wasn't pronounced DOA, it did make it home and died in at the edge of the driveway. It definately is not a pretty thing. I was thinking of going to a bigger stall and bruce's 9/11, now i'm going to have to go to tranny and then converter.

Okay experts, I know a whole bunch of you guys have been through this before so help me out. I have an outstanding TR expert here in the area and has rebuilt many tranny's and is offering to do it. Am i better off buying a complete tranny, or going through the old BR with a master rebuild and all the right stuff? After you guys answer that who builds the best street/strip tranny for a guy who never wants this experience again, and wants to have a low, low 12 car flirting in the 11's every now and then.

Help please.....:D
