I had to disassemble each lifter to clean because of brg failure so I am wondering if I need to do something to the lifters like fill with oil? Should I just let the oil pressure take there of that during the priming process?
I notice the lifters are collapsing because there is no oil in them presently. Is this a problem? Thanks

Doesn't sound good. You had a failure and are going to reuse lifters? I would throw them in the trash and get a new set of Sealed-Power lifters for $35.00.

If you marked each lifter to the bore they came out of, you can reuse them. If there is any doubt in your mind about where each lifter came from, THROW THEM OUT! If you mix them up, you will wipe the cam!

When I install new lifters, I let them soak in oil overnight . Before installing, I prime them by hand using a pushrod while they are submerged in oil. Some manufacturers say this isn't necessary, but I prefer to do it. They prime a lot faster at initial start up!

I agree with INTERCOOLER. For the money, I would just get a new set!

Considering the lifters only have 50 miles on them and I am absolutely sure of which lobe they service, I will re-use.
So there are no specific instructions on pumping up with oil before hand? When new, are they shipped with oil in them?

Submerge them in a can of oil and use a pushrod to pump the plunger several times to purge the air and allow them to fill with oil.
