or just do what i do, when you sign on do a search for your name and see whats new, and worth your time reading. i got tired of having my inbox filled with e-mails that didn't matter.

Thats what I usually do. Go to search > by Author > Vendor Defendor

And it puts a prudy little icon next to the ones that have new posts

I clicked on my profile, and then "all posts by this user".

I went down a page or two clicking on "subscribe to this thread".

still would be nice if I could get them all back.
