I just found this Buick on craigslist and I'd like to know what you guys think the vin number is 1G4AK4733CH225004 the add says it doesn't run but it's listed for $2000 bucks. Do you guys think this is a good one.

Please let me know I plan on checking it out tomorrow.

Not correct for 86-87. Vin will begin with ig4gj1175gpxxxxxx for 86, 1g4gj1175hpxxxxxx for 87.

The tenth digit is a "c" which should make it a 1983, i believe.

Also the 8th digit should be "7" designating turbo engine.

It is on the registry.

If it was a real 82 GN w/ Turbo model - it is very rare.
2000 bucks? That's pretty cheap - running or not.
The ad says the the interior and paint was good.
That would have made it a good deal.
I would have pulled that trigger.

Was it in Florida?
