I got some bolt on's for the car.. will I notice a difference?

Had 2 of these things.. just got the final piece today.. the shiney thing.. slight upgrade.. how much of a difference will I see you guys think? Just by looking at it all?

I'm looking for that swift kick in the pants that only Herbie can give me!
