Well, actually it is my wife's business but I am doing all the lifting and such.
A.R.R.F = Animal Recreation and Rehab Facility.
The recreation half is AKC and CPE agility, rally, and obedience stuff.
The rehab half is underwater treadmills, wave pool, acupuncture, and massage.
So far all we have ‘done’ is the arena. Have not put the treadmill or pool in but will in a month or two. The pool is the ‘endless summer’ type that you swim in place against the current. Great for conditioning dogs (and for pool parties).
Here are some picts of the arena as I have been laying flooring.

The rolls of flooring weighed 300 lbs each for a ****ping total of 27,000 lbs I had to take off that damn truck. They used a single bar lift to load them but I have no such beast so it was flip them off the pile by hand and roll them out into the arena. They made quite the sound when they hit the floor of the semi and shook it nicely
In the picture “100_1005” and a few others there is a big red sliding door. There is another room on the other side where a guy stores cars. I took a peak in there when we first got the building and there was a late 80’s GTA convertible, 3 Mercedes, and some G-body looking thing under a car cover. Had a raised lip on the trunk and a bump on the hood……hmmmm…..peeked under the cover and it was an 86 GN with 35k miles. He sold that a month or so ago but has another for sale.
Until our first event in April I am enjoying the space as a place where me and my friends run our electric RC trucks
