picked up mines from here, although my prob was the cable was broken.

www.AntennaMastsRus.com

That is my problem too. I once tried replacing the cable but gave up. Did you buy a new one or have them fix your old one? Or did you fix it yourself? I emailed them for a price for a new one. Thanks.

Be careful...I bought one on ebay a few years ago. It went up once....and that was it. I found a NOS one here from a board member. Expensive but worth it.

There's really only two sources that I would trust to get the "correct" antenna, with the proper connectors and mounting bracket. And those are:

Highway Stars (NOS4GN)
Kirbans

Unfortunately they are both out of stock at the present time due to an elcectronics issue with the last batch. They are at the mercy of the supplier getting the problem fixed. Who knows when?

Fortunately the one I need to replace is stuck in the up position, so I can wait, for now.

the mast needed, and the one i used was MST-GM4, which is the one used for the 84-94 riviera. Once i changed out the mast i had a switch installed so when i turn on my H/U the antenna doesnt extend since i mostly listen to my ipod and not the radio. it was a real easy swap

In looking at their site, under Buick, there's only two models listed: LeSabre, and Riviera.

Nothing listed for the Regals.

That is why I emailed them, to see if they carry the correct one for the Regal. I also bought one from ebay, but it was NOS, haveing sat around for 10 years. It went up once and broke. I think the one I listed in the first post looks pretty good, but so far nobody has replied who has actually tried it.

Anybody know of any more GM repair kits available. They were selling for about $20 a year or so ago, now I can't find any. I am looking for a few of the repair kits only, and very sorry to hi-jack the thread. There were 2 GM repair kit part #'s at one time.
