I need a really good tuner. Suggestions on Shops

Yes I know,I told him to do so already but I cant make him do it and I told him I would do it for him but......what can ya do? I just wanted you to understand it was a race chip,and like I said pretty sure it is a quad air...from the research I did im not 100% sure but I believe they lock the bl until you get to WOT bottom line ego killer change the chip like we all have told you already.....

But,
you have never said you would install it, if that was the case I would have had it in my car, its the injectors that seem to be a pane in the ASS. The EGR is hard to get at, I can change a chip, I have changed my chip back and forth. The problem is Time, and you know that Carrddine.
As soon as I get my El Co back it wont matter if the car has a problem with the chip because of shipping, as Eric has stated may happen because the new scanners or xray machines. I cant really afford for my car to go down, no work, no money, no rent, no food, and most of all no money for my toys.
Also, Wicked since you changed your injectors to the Mototrons, what kind of difference did you notice, HP, Boost, flow quickness, what difference did you notice.

Just idle better and quicker throttle response anything else depends on your combo, the only thing that bigger injectors do is keep you from reaching 100% duty cycle thus you have more leadway to make more power at higher boost levels, given that you have the right tune and enought fuel which the 60's should provide.

Either everyone is right and says I am just getting used to the car or I am loosing my mind. Yes its still fast, but I use to be able to go mid way on the gas and could smoke the tires, now no dice.

also a reminder that changing injectors and chip wont give you the power you had, if you feel the car has lost some power perhaps you have other issues, and you should hire the knowledgable master engine builder and grand master tuner LOU Czornota.

Egokiller,SIR I had set aside time for us to not only install the alcohol,but injectors,chip also if you recall we got half way through the install of the alky and we were to continue as planned.However you do not seem to have the time to finish this project.I also am aware that it is a burden to drive all the way to oceanside for you...but none the less I had told you that I would help install the alky and the injectors that offer still applys when you find the time to do it.......I also believe I told you that I would take your car home and have it all installed for you...as I have more time on my side than you..... and once you get the elco back maybe that will be the time to button it all up :tongue:

I do not recall you saying you would take my car home but I will let you, I do recall you setting up me for our buddy who works at the Mercedes dealership to install the injectors as you are always helpful in all you do, I forget his name at the moment. And yes, you know I am very limited on time, and I will finally have a week to do all I need to get all this taken care of. Call me early but you wont get this till work, so I will just tell you in person. I know you need to get over to your ride.
