i need advice for a new guy

hey just bought a 84 grand national and it needs a little work but overall but a nice car. in the process of fixing it up i want to upgrade the fuel system, ecm, and maf just to start. i seem to be in a situation were money is more available then time so i dont plan on doing everything myself. i live in south seattle and am looking for a good shop to do some of these upgrades can anyone recomend one?

my overall goal of this car is to get a nice paint job and a few more hp, i just want to drive and enjoy this car not drag race or anything so im not looking for major upgrades but i think between 225 and 275 hp would be a nice target area.
